I was on the phone off and on this morning from 6:30 AM until 10:36 AM concerning my email issue. I didn't find out it was on their end, not mine, until around 10:30 AM. Not ONE customer-service rep., nor ONE technical assistant who I spoke with had the courteousness to tell me it wasn't on my end! Now I see where their mail server was actually hacked! I had no idea! Comcast, you suck ditch water!!!
