Was just giving me a blue screen then an oranfish screen then a whit screen when I tried to log in to my account now it just circles back to http://my.xfinity.com/?cid=cust . Online support has been less than helpful. Finally was able to get someone on the phone but only when I selected the option to add a new service thru the sale department. They didn't reaize tere was a problem until they looked at this site. 36 hours and counting. This is @#!%^#@!@!!!!!!!!
