Can not access email

It says I'm login where I see my name. But when I click on the Mail icon, it spins for a bit, and then returns me to the same page. It was working fine yesterday. I tried rebooting, logging out and back in, cleared cache, and tried 3 IE / Chrome/ MicroSoft Edge browsers. No luck at all!
