I can log into my comcast account but I can't access e-mail. Doesn't matter if I am using Edge or Explorere 11. I can however log into my secondary comcast account and read emials associated with that account and it works for both Edge and Explorer 11. COmcast has no idea there is a problem as I wasted 3 hours in a chat with a tech that was reading from a preapred script. I get this error in my browser window: https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite/#xfFailureCount=2
