WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH YOUR WEBSITE

90% of the time in the last 8+ months I have had so much trouble accessing your website. I thought you finally got your act together, but AGAIN I can't access my account. I keep getting the "please wait" spinning wheel. Please hire an IT person that knows what they're doing. I don't have any problems with Bank of America, Chase Bank or Wells Fargo!!
