Pages won't load, I login and It immediately logs me out "due to inactivity"

I am getting so dang frustrated with CITI. I am having MASSIVE issues logging into their website from multiple PC's and from multiple browsers. Get your act together. I'm trying to check out the fraudulent dispute charges...and it's taking me 20 minutes!!
