Tryining to access my sears account which i've had for 30 years and never a problem before. I spent yesterday on the phone with useless Tech Support that had no clue how to help me!! He must have been in India or another country because i could hardly understand him.I'm in the USA and would appreciate Support from the USA so i can understand what is being said! Instead of just telling me IFF the websight was in fact DOWN, he had me trying Different browsers,which i'd already done on my own to no avail..Then he asked me ALL my acount info including my 3 digit code and SS# and i was VERY uncomfortable giving that to anyone,but i did! Then he tried to have me create a NEW Acount...??? WTH...?? ALL to NO AVAIL... In the end his response was wait a few more hours and try again!! REALLY...?? I've waited days now... !! Now i'm concerned he has all my account info.. AND he had me trying to Create a NEW Account!!! Soo how do i know how to login.. OR IFFF The site is actually working or nott??? SUPER Frustrated right now!!!!!!!!!
