Totally non functional website

I cannot log in at all---site keeps rejecting my user name, my account information, etc. Then when you try to phone these idiots I waited 19 minutes and 51 seconds to have some recording tell me that they were experiencing " a large number of telephone calls and to log on to the website for faster service"!! What a joke! The system is down down down so I cannot transfer money from USA account to myself in Europe nor have I been able to do so for 10 days now! When I use a non Chase ATM I am charged USDollars 5 for doing this when my account was opened from Europe where there are no Chase ATMs in existence and where I have no way to pay bills, wire money nor check my account balance in order to contend with an earlier wire transfer problem and non receipt of payment from my Chase account to TWO DIFFERENT USA ACCOUNTS! In addition, I am totally screwed over by the extortionary exchange rate which just charged me against my Chase current checking account a charge of 160 USDollars plus 5 USDollars on an ATM withdrawl of 50 Pounds Sterling! I could go to a storefront bill pay loan shark and get a better rate than that tomorrow morning (it is already 7:15 PM London time here). This has been going on with Chase for over 3 months and no amount of complaining get this bank to respond or to have their techies fix problems with a site that takes you in total circles!
