Sign-in extremely slow and timing out

Accessing the chase home page isn't an issue, but when attempting to sign in, I find it extremely slow often times and it's really a hit and miss experience for me since I started using Chase online from the start of the year.  IT folks at Chase needs to do some capacity planning or fix the problem that's creating this slowness.
