Web site is EXTREMELY slow

and often times out. Been that way for over a week. Called web site customer service 888-228-6654 and tried to tell Shawn my problem. He hung up on me as soon as I said I can't access the web site. I guess they're tired of hearing about it. There are other banks. I think I'll drive down to the branch and move my account today.
