Can't access acccount for days from outside US

I have not been able to access any BB&T website, not to mention the login page to see my account.  I have tried using multiple computers and internet providers in Russia, so the problem is not me.  I was accessing the same site from the same place only a few weeks ago.  What has happened?  Please fix asap, because I am not able to manage my account!
