cannot log in

after entering my user ID, i get the error message saying 'failed to open page' as if the server timed out (it's not my internet connection). i'm wondering what's wrong with the bbt website because it's been like this all day. normally there is an alert message at the top of the website prior to outages, indicating planned periods where work will be done so we can expect it and plan ahead. nothing this time- just a down website.
