Online Banking down - "We're temporarily unable to process this request. Please try again." at login

I cannot login at all.  My friend can at least get through the login screen but then it says something is down and details are unavailable.  And of course it is the one day that I really need it - on the other side of the world in Australia, pretty sure they don't have a branch I can walk into :(
