Cannot logon to online banking

I cannot get past the first logon screen where you enter your logon id. A pop-up screen asks whether I want to continue viewing only secure data. It does not matter what I choose (yes or no) the screen hangs and never goes further. This problem has been persistent for more than 2 weeks.
