when will pennsville nj stop being a dead zone

i wish the cell phone towers would be be fixed soon in Pennsville Nj.  we have two towers are down and it is day 4.  it is living in a dead zone.  i would like to give a virtual hug to the repair guy when it is fix but until then please fix this soon.  i would like to join the rest of the world.
