Some Mail Being Delivered

We are a content publisher who sends e-mails to our subscribers. We have seen some mail start to flow at about 7:45PM CT. Most e-mail sent to SBCGlobal, etc that was not delivered should be tried again. If someone sent you a personal e-mail, likely the ISP like Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc will try every 4 - 8 hours for a day or two until it is delivered. As a commercial sender, we will try just once again 1 - 8 hours after the e-mail bounces back. Every commercial mailer has different policies. Some may try more often and for longer periods of time. In our case, if we tried again after 1 hour, and ATT/SBC was still down, the subscriber will not get the Monday issue as an example. Hope this helps.
