I have never in my life seen such poor crisis management. Clearly they have major technical issues and cannot handle the volumes, but to simply cut off paying customers from their websites and professional email is unforgivable. As soon as a phone support line becomes backed up they literally shut it down. I've held as long as 30 minutes only to get "disconnected" with no service reps ever coming to help.
