SBCGlobal Emails Coming Through - No Recovery of Those Sent Between 11am and 10pm

10pm and New emails to sbcglobal address seem to be coming through. No way to learn what mail was missed and they have not been recovered. More importantly, my professional email (AT&T yahoo hosted website) email is still non-functional. AT&T Yahoo, this is not acceptable ... I'm losing money every hour this goes on. Where do I go for reimbursement?
