Refund from Bellsouth to all Bellsouth/ATT users ????

I think bellsouth/ATT users should receive refunds everytime this issue happens.  This is not the first time and most likely will not be the last.

They need to fix it right to last otherwise they will have many people looking for other companies to give them Internet and email service.
