I had to call AT&T tech support 866-722-3425 and have them work through resetting my password and all of my security questions because they said my account had been compromised. I was on hold for quite some time. The first rep I spoke with said that they were experiencing an unusually high call volume and that there might be a systemic problem. Good luck!
