No email access for the past 24 hours

I have been unable to access my email account @att.net for the past day and a half although my wife's accounts works fine. I spoke with tech support at AT&T last night and they thought that the problem would be resolved by early morning Tuesday. Still down as of 7:30 PM. Come on folks, let's get the problem fixed.
