Have been hacked

I am Pauline Horn (home phone 832-288-3491) and AT&T Uverse (127382746) and I have been hacked and need assistance to straighten this out. I can not open my email account as it says my user ID and password are wrong everytime. Please check this out and give me help in straighting this out ASAP!
