Email "timed out" and wants sign in - again and again and again

What the hell - again this piece of crap AT+T is not working!!  What the heck am I paying for??  I can't get into my emails or send emails because it keeps telling me my session has "timed out" and wants me to repeatedly sign back in.  I have had it with your service.  I'm looking for another as soon as the holidays are over.  f!*# YOU ALL.
