Cannot Receivee-mail since Wed. Now cannot Send e-mail. All via OUTLOOK

Cannot Receivee-mail since Wed. Now cannot Send e-mail. All via OUTLOOK. 

If I sign into sbcglobal / yahoo / at@t via a BROWSER, I can still get my mail, but my OUTLOOK, while unchanged, no longer can retrieve  or send mail.
