Bill Payment Unavailable

I've been trying to pay my bill online since Sunday but the website has been down the entire time. The bill is now due tomorrow and my work schedule does not allow for me to call mid-day. This is your failure and I'm sure that you will penalize me if I dont find someway to make it happen regardless of your techincal issues.
