ATT Sporatic outages and webmail failure

ATT started and upgrade for web services users on Friday FEB !st. It hasn't worked since and tech support just reports "we are working on it and can't tell you anything because we have no updates to your issue. These are all busness e-mail accounts. Half of the mail is missing outgoing mail is being rejected by receiving SMTP servers, and IT IS NOW Tuesday and the problem still persists with no response from AT&T after more than 15 calls. They should get out of the busness if they can't run it! We are changing web service and e-mail providers!
