1/14/14 at 8:16PM EST:Email screen says IBM Tivoli Access Manager for e-business, Service Unavailable. The service by Access Manager WebSeal is located on t junctioned back-end server that is temporarily down. Solution: Please contact you System Administrator. The back-end werver may be down.
