Indeed. This was about the right time. I had been expecting an important email from a customer who I had sent a link to the test site for his new website. It was unlike him not to comment in the 10 hours since I sent it to him. I was real worried that he wasn't happy with my work. So, I resent him the link with my apologies if he had already emailed me and it was lost in the AOL system. I added how one email I just received took 97 days to get to me and another took 23 days. He got back to me right away, saying he did already write to me a few hours before and that he liked the website, just suggesting a few minor changes. So, third email problems are beginning to cost me credibility. And it is cramping my style of quickly returning emails to friends and customers. I have a dialogue going with AOL Mail Help over the 97 day email, but they just keep asking me the same things I've already answered. I sent them the header details for analysis, but they refuse to escalate it to someone who could interpret it, see if the answer is there. What a situation!
