Can anyone help,,when I use AOL (their software) after I log in about 10 seconds later it knocks me off. When I close AOL i get a window that pops up saying another user is using AOL close that one,,,there isn't anyone else using the same program but me. I can use AOL ok via IE and get my mail,,it's only when I try to use AOL itself,,I have version 9.7 with windows 7

i ran virus and malware checks with negative results,,,,somehow my AOL software has been corrupted. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times with the same results,,,as soon as I log into AOL mu welcoming screen is blank with some sorta error code on it,,,then I get kicked off,,,a box opens on my home screen saying another user is using AOL log off of that user before you can log off. All I do is click the ok and that's it. I thought maybe someone got my user names and passwords. And might be sending out tons of spam but that's not the case,,,,I even created a new user name and password and it still does it,,,I've had it with AOL
