My favorites has been messed up since Friday Sept. 26,2014. Everything is scrambled, folders are totally gone, and it keeps changing over and over again. I need this list to be resored ASAP! iS aol AWARE OF THIS AND WHAT ARE THEY DOING TO FIX IT??? Please Help

double dittoes to favorites problem...last I tried to get help they told me my computer had a virus and tried to sell me a malware program...would have strangled little sh*t on other end had I been in India....talk about arrogant!
