I am so sick of AOL as my service provider! I constantly have connection issues and speed issues. I am somewhat adept at solving problems, but in my opinion this company is going down for the count. There service (that I pay for for access to) isn't even accessible half the time. They take a cookie cutter approach to problem solving and are totally insensitive to their customers' frustrations. Their phone message on the 800 number that I pay for tells me they are down and if I want to cancel, here's the web address to go to!
