mail shows for a second then goes back to aol home page..cannot access mail

same problem. earlier I was able to send new email, but I cant open new email. Even when I "hover" over email, screen refreshes. frustrating. Its over 2 hours now.
Having same problem this morning. Mail shows, then loops back to aol home page. It works ok on my cell phone, but not on my laptops.
