4 weeks - Unable to switch screen names, to create new password to access accounts. AOL, do u even care?
Unfortunately, AOL won't care unless you're giving them $$ to fix this issue. For those of us with their oh-so-wonderful free accounts, we're on our own.
AOL is requireing me to sign it each time I need to ck email - also is displays an outdated password??? What is going on?
