Was on my adroid phone and a message kept coming up with network problems when attempting to get onto AOL email. So I got on the computer and even when attempting to get to basic site (www.aol.com) the 403 forbidden message appears. Any ideas?

Cannot access my AOL mail accounts on my IPAD. Rebooted twice and manually redid my email accounts. Deleted one email account and redid it. All I get is white screen and it returns to main apps screen. Please advise what the problem might be with AOL.
