Site has been unreachable most of the time since Jan 4th in the afternoon.

AmericanExpress.com has been unreachable.  There has been an ongoing problem since the morning of Jan. 4th with seemingly random sites.  AmericanExpress.com, Chase.com, CALottery.com, AGConnect.AmGreetings.com, and CreditSesame.com.  Since the first outage, CreditSesame.com has continued to work, but the others continue to have problems.  I am in San Diego, CA with RoadRunner (TWC) as my probider.  Since a tracert/ping gets outside the control of my service provider, it seems to be an issue out in the wild.  If anyone knows of a DNS issue, or a DDoS attack affecting these sites, please share what you know.
