Cant access account ifo----website notifys you to call number on back of your card.

Couldn't update with Quicken, then couldn't log on to AMEX directly with browser. Their logons have been glitchy for a while now, had to try multiple times with Quicken during August.
What's going on?????? I can't log in and access what balance I have.
Makes me feel uneasy knowing I do not have visibility over my own finances.
