I am so tired of seeing this...at first i do...then later on i come back & don't. I have done ALL the suggestions (i.e.flush cache, approach from this or that url etc) suggested on various sites with nothing helping. It seems to surface again on its own whim. Been going on for WEEKS now. Tighten up Amazon or you will lose a VERY loyal consumer FOR GOOD!! !

"We're sorry. An error occurred when we tried to process your request. Rest assured, we're already working on the problem and expect to resolve it shortly." I have been getting this for over the past two months. At first I thought it was our internet provider or issues with weather interference, but that is not the case. I have done everything from unblocking pop-ups to turning off all other internet devices in the home. Nothing works. As a prime member that does a large portion of shopping online, it is becoming a great inconvenience. I am starting to want my Prime membership money back. This needs to be fixed already, Amazon.

"We're sorry [blablabla] Rest assured, we're already working on the problem and expect to resolve it shortly."  Started getting this about a month ago so I'm not resting assured about anything.  Typically will watch an episode of something on Amazon Prime, then I navigate to another Amazon page - for another show, to shop (to spend money), to manage my account - and here's this msg again and I can't get into the site at all.  It's unique to Amazon - no problems navigating quickly and efficiently to all other websites (like Netflix) but even so I have tried everything from restart, reset browser, empty cache etc etc etc.  I already want my AmazonPrime membership money back.  Next time I manage to get into the website I'm demanding a refund.  Hello? Amazon?

Having the same issue as the rest of you. I've tried using other browsers and get the same message. Has anyone been able to solve this stupid thing? I don't think it's Amazon its self because then EVRYONE would be experiencing the same exact thing no? Anyways it'd be nice to resolve this crap ASAP.

By the way, is anyones Antivirus blocking Amazon as well?

DId manage to get through to cust svc and provided detailed complaint, made impotent sabre rattling noises.  Rcvd form response that issue has been relayed to tech dept. and that I will have a personal response from the sender once the problem is resolved.  It's been 48 hours now. Tick-tock-tick-tock.

no anti-virus blocking Amazon

Five months later and still nothing. Wish Amazon had a competitor.

For me, Amazon Prime's competitor was the wholly superior Netflix. Six weeks after sending in my complaint with all of its excruciating boring details, I rcvd a technical svc response from Amazon asking for details of my situation, indicating they hadn't bothered to read the complaint and were just going to waste more of my time and sanity in a vortex of repetitive do-nothingness. Squeaky wheel got greased with a Prime refund late February and I haven't been on their website since. I retain the file of correspondence as an exemplar of Customer Service Failures.

It is now December 18th, 2013. This problem still has not been resolved. It's been a problem since last February.

BTW, Amazon UK does not have this issue.
