There's a problem displaying some of your orders right now

i just ordered about 200 dollars of items and I put my debit card thru then said confirmation number will come thru ect but when I go on Amazon site it's not showing my orders or purchases I'm getting kinda worried I don't want to order the same thing twice or three times
