Loading SO slow or not at all.

It has become impossibly slow, I cannot even watch anything on amazon prime, which is a load of crap/ I mean what am I paying for?

Amazon's website is ridiculously SLOW - this has been going on for one month, at least. It's almost impossible to complete a purchase! I have tried removing cookies, etc. etc. I have a new, fast laptop, so it's not m,y computer; I am also virus free. Amazon is going to LOSE me as a customer if this keeps up and I'll bet I'm not the only one.
