I try to open Amazon website and there are green and blue dots all over the screen and it makes my Safari freeze. I need to powerdown and restart, only to have the same thing happen 4 times in a row. Whats the big idea?

Amazon website freezes my Safari. Powerdown and restart only offers temporary relief until Amazon accessed again, then it freezes again. Is Amazon aware and are they working on this?
I am having exact same problem with freezing and dots as well. Have had to shutdown and restart a number of times as well with no positive results.
