Whenever I click to add an item to a cart, Amazon takes me to a page to confirm that I want to add the item to a cart (which I've never seen happen before). I click 'continue' and nothing happens. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Having the same issue. Able to reach customer service by phone today. We found the error is related to Firefox. Service rep suggested using Explorer and I was able to place my order.
