Same as previous comments - rotating circle in middle of page going around and around need to make payment - very annoying/frustrating that I can't access web page.
Rotating circle emblem displayed as well and has done for several days now quite annoying when i need to access site and can't to make payment - please resolve the issue!

Same as previous comments - has been happening now for weeks. Yet I can access with no problems from my husband's laptop. Very, very frustrating!
