If you desperately have overnight orders that are approaching shipping deadlines, I would recommend calling the regular amazon customer service. They can transfer you to seller support which may be able to manually help you with orders.
Let's not bombard them with phone calls though guys - only use that if you really need it, so the people that do actually need it can still get thru!
