LogIn screen doesn't recognize my User ID. VerizonWireless chat representative told me to register even though the website already says that I'm registered. I've had the same mobile number for 15+ years. As a backup plan, I called 1-800-922-0204, their customer service line, but it hangs up on me after telling me to dial *611 from my handset or visit VerizonWireless.com. This is not a password issue, something definitely wrong in the backend.
