Also, phone bank does not work because it cannot process any requests or transactions due to "technical difficulties/issues", phone customer service reps cannot access accounts or systems, was told by a phone customer service rep when I asked the question about going into a branch location instead that "all systems are down", that they would not be able to access any account information either.
