zelle has disappeared from mobile menu

"Send Money with Zelle" has disappeared from mobile phone menu. and online accounts not loading. When they do there is a messages that  says "Sorry, we can't identify an eligible personal checking account to use with Zelle. Questions?...

I've been using Zelle here for years.
