no siganls bars at all for 2 days

this bulls!*t, on feb 28th at 930 am i bought more airtime for my phone, i shut my phone off and restarted it and no signals bars at all, and to this minute 37hours later still no service. i called tracfone and waited on hold from call after call to many times.i checked my account form tracfone it shows my plan i bought and time,tracfone is tell 1000's of people to restart and reset thier phones every 2hours, but this is working,the problem is from tracto the relay tower to us..this is a coast to coast problem. i call 2 local news channls to see what happens now. services is out in indiana...
