Will give me 2FA code but nowhere to enter it

First tried logging in on Android app. Got 2FA code from their server and was able to input it. But next screen was blank. Tried again after clearing cache and force stopping the app but problem was the same.

So I then tried to login on Chrome. Their server sent me a 2FA code but the screen to input that code never came up. Tried again after turning off my VPN but same problem.

I then tried using a different browser (MS Edge), with the VPN still off, but had the exact same problem.
