Amazon site only displays blue outline no pics

Amazon has been not displaying pics to go with orders. The site is only showing basic outline text in blue! I called 3x today assured that my orders are shipped. The same problem exists in the App! This has never happened before!!! HELP WHAT'S WRONG WITH THE AMAZON SITE???!!!
