crashed site AGAIN!

My email has been spotty at best for ghetto last week! My phone app won't update very often, and when it finally decides to I end up with hundreds of emails I've already deleted. A bunch of times. I tried going through the regular Internet site to which I got an error message with a goofy looking emoji.
Please help!
